Enjoy a cup of tea at the end of this eclectic class. A Combination of yoga, dance moves and good old-fashioned exercise allows you to awaken the strength and beauty particular to your body. Easy going, yet intensive, this class teaches you how to work with what you’ve got. Women of all ages and stages welcome, including pre and postnatal.
Mixed Level Classes
Jennifer’s unique hatha flow classes integrate several aspects of yoga: asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and philosophy. Her teaching style encourages students to find their own path by adapting poses to best fit their bodies, rather than forcing their bodies into a pose. Classes are good natured and noncompetitive.
